There are a few days, when I get up and start the day with a bad mood. For no apparent reason really, the world seems to have gone a little weird overnight. Things seem out of place ...until I realize I am the one out of place.
I had one of these mornings today. I couldn't label the bad feeling , nor could I come up with a sufficient reason explaining my err...."condition"..
I walked with a heavy footstep and a heavy heart towards the bus stop ...waiting for the bus I had to take for the ride home from my friend's place, where I spent last night ..
I started thinking of all the past months that I was truly happy inside. Getting up and doing even the mundane things in life was a total joy .I wondered if I was kidding myself all these past months about believing that I was happy. I started questioning my beliefs and feeling no less that an idiot...
And then it happened again.
I consciously looked around ...to find that I was in fact living my dream in a way.
I checked again ... and was jolted back to the fact that I am in Canada.
Canada.. the country I used to dream of since the past so many lousy years in India....
Just this simple fact... which has been a dream come true for me, brought a smile to my face.
I could see the sun smiling.. I heard the birds....I saw happy faces and I was listening to happy music again and walking with a spring in my step....
And I came back home, went to balcony to look at my splendid CN Tower..
Life is beautiful again.
Cause, you know what??
Even if it takes a little time.... true dreams DO come true!
:)

Indy, how's it going? Remember me, JB? I've abandoned the cakes to come visit you. I'm happy that you're happy being in Canada. You're looking good.
Love & hugs,
JB
